The Legacy 650 is the long-range development of the Legacy 600 on the same ERJ-135 regional fuselage: the same thirteen metres of flat floor, more fuel, different engines.
What separates it from the rest of the class is that the cabin divides into three zones with doors, not into sections with bulkheads. Shut the aft room and sleep while the meeting carries on forward.
Two lavatories instead of one — on eight-hour sectors with a full cabin, that stops being a detail.
