A Kazakh business aviation operator based in Almaty.
How we got here
The company was founded in 2017 and began as QazaqHelicopters, flying helicopters.
Demand moved towards private and corporate flights on long sectors, and the company moved with it: the helicopters gave way to three Embraer aircraft, and the name got shorter.
Today Tamga Jet is a certificated operator with its own fleet of three aircraft, a base in Almaty and clearance to fly commercially into the European Union.
Principles
Our own aircraft
We answer for the aircraft we offer, because they are ours. The reply to a request comes from the person who takes the decision.
Approvals you can check
The Air Operator Certificate number and the EASA TCO code are printed on this site. Verify them against the primary sources without asking us.
Honest figures
Range is published for four passengers and for a full cabin. The second number is normally left out — and it is the one that decides whether the flight goes non-stop.
Safety
Operations run under Air Operator Certificate KZ-01/026 of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issued by the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan.
The EASA Third Country Operator authorisation (KAZ-0016) confirms compliance with the requirements of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency and carries the right to fly commercial air transport into European Union states.
Continuing airworthiness, crew training and the safety management system run under programmes approved as part of the certificate.
